I can tolerate about 1g per day

any ideas on how to get that higher or what it means

I have been thinking about trying the liposomal C but something about that bothers me

I have a similar issue with Mag
I can do about 50 mg/day

I think it is a heavy metal problem
but I have done quite a bit of metal detox with dmsa and ala and still no change in the low bowel tolerance thing...
