Yes, I think that sounds about right, I think its all in the posture to be honest, eating fatty something then lying down is always so much different to eating something than sitting or doing something different. Its just that maybe a lot of the Liver Flush is infact unneccessary in this light thats what I just wanted to clear up I guess.
