im still having reactions to SCD yogurt... i loved to be able to take it for 3-4 weeks, took care of my leg cramps, but its as if i developped an intolerance... now just taking a bowl of it and allergy symptoms comes back right away.

ill give it another try in a week or so but so far it appears dairy aren't for me :-( . id like to try raw milk though if i could find it.
