i have Cayenne but no licorise.
the pain has subsided now but should i con't with those frqs or let doctrine now do its thing?

i had gastritis years ago. could of been the h. pylori, even though i didn't test pos for it and now its come up again now that i'm clearing crap.

still have to keep good flora up though. sure i'm not doing enough.
