Don't use Olive oil use Safflower oil, which has no collor in it.

Dont use Epsom Salt at all,..just don't eat after 2 pm....


How about not use Grapefruit at all. You might try lemon if you want,...
but how about nothing,...just glass of safflower oil.

Try that...

There were people here on this board that reported Liver Flush after eating
Large amout of cream. One guy flushed his liver by eating a lot's of pepermint candies...
