That is a good point. We should all remember that there are levels/degrees of processing. When we peel the skin from a banana we begin the processing of the fruit that our very elaborate digestive system will finish. We should also remember that all levels of processing does not make something unnatural. If we squeeze an orange with our hands so that the juice flows into our mouths, it is being processed, but it is still quite natural.
