Ok, see I have great difficulty sticking to any diet because I crave fat all the time, I try to eat largely nuts, avocadoes and some light meats but its hard when you crave meat all the time and you start to feel down and like your losing it when you don't have them (like I'm starting to now). Ok, thanks for the advice, I'll let you know how I get on.
