When you adjust the ratio of Vitamin C for height and weight to what a human would have produced if their body could, a human would be making about 15 grams of Vitamin C daily.
Vitamin C, by the way, is not a complex or really a vitamin. It's a hormone. The missing stress hormone.
All those claims about natural vitamin C complexes and rose hips/bioflavanoids and the like are complete nonsense.
Vitamin C = ascorbic acid.
I take it to taste and/or bowel tolerance. Yes, it tastes good to me. Just like lemonade. In fact, the more I need it, the better it tastes.
My body at the moment can handle 24-28 grams of pure ascorbic acid without any sign of diarrhea at all. I may push this higher a little to see where the threshold is.
This signals to me that the body is still in a very diseased state and needs all the C it can get.
