I very much agree Spud. If we all did our bit to help the environment by less pollution, then that bit would become a whole lot.

I do things like, instead of walking passed rubbish on the ground, I pick it up and put it in the bin.

I carry a plastic bag with me if I happen to go out for picnics just incase there is no bin where I'm going, and I've left my car at home because I decided to walk.

One idea I equated into my home budget, is budget only a certain amount of money for my car per week for fuel, and when I runout, then I walk. It also teaches me to get all my jobs in town done all at once, walk from point to point, jump back in my car and away home I go.

I plan to get my bike fixed soon, and then I can ride my bike to work and walk as well. This will reduce my fuel consumption that increases the pollution factor by reducing fuel emmissions from my car.

There is so much we can do to reduce pollution. It's great.
