I have to keep digging, I think my problem is gallstones, I get pain in my right shoulder blade, sometimes tension/itching/sharpish pains in my gallbladder area (just below my right ribcage?) and other upsets. I always crave fat and sugar, I think its like my body telling me to eat fat to open up the ducts, when I don't eat fat I feel weaker and weaker for some reason. So I guess its gallbladder problems. I will give the flush another go, I think I needed that clearing up though, that lemon induces bile flow it doesn't does it? Thats why I was confused why you'd need two things which do the same thing.
