Ok, I did a 'flush' the other night and I felt really really sick. I tried to quell it by having digestive enzymes and water and thinking I'd failed I had some prunes and other food, sort of basically giving up the flush and carrying on as normal. I did lie down for ages etc it was like about 2-3 am I felt sick and had to break the flush. Still no stones seemed to come out anywhere. Surely the stones should still come out if you eat after the flush, even if you've buggered it up.
