Yes I think you can. Some people use double thick cream and acid fruit to stimulate the flow of bile. However, not all fats metabolise as quickly as others and I seem to remember from somewhere that mono unsaturated fats are acted on more quickly. Poly unsaturated and saturated fats lie in stomach longer.
