So your argument is that because your tongue cleared up after eating pecan nuts that proves that it wasn't infected with Candida? So you think your white tongue is caused by a zinc deficiency?
Now I think you might be on the right track with the pecans and the zinc, but I think you might be jumping to conclusions that this is proof your white tongue is not caused by Candida. Candida is present in just about everyone's mouth. It is an opportunistic pathogen. It will grow when conditions suit. Zinc deficiency is one of the causes of Candida overgrowth. This is well documented. I can provide you with lots of links on this, but it seems you get offended by this, so I won't. I happen to believe zinc is a key supplement for long term recovery from candidiasis.
I have yet to have anyone provide me with proof that significant white tongue is caused by anything other than Candida. Maybe other things can cause it. Lots of people claim this to be the case. But I have yet to see any proof. If you can provide some proof then I will change my mind. I am not closed on the issue.
