I just wanted to tell you, your making the right decision. I wish my dad had the balls to stand up and make the decision you did.

With that being said, remember that you are the most important thing in this world and that you can do it.

Water fasting has changed my life. I've had a myriad of health problems all of which are going away. Today, I'm on day 19.

Keep the faith thru the 3rd day and the hunger feelings will subside. And don't get discouraged if you feel you need to break it before 40 days. This is ongoing. Listen to your body.
