Sorry about that. I was meaning that I was just tender now and then I feared having another attack because they are so painful.

I am doing much better today.

Dr Clark says in her recipe instructions on this page //www.curezone.org/cleanse/liver/huldas_recipe.asp........ "By supper you should feel recovered."
So I was expecting to feel pretty good, not so sore.
