What we need to know is that Iodine have been given a bad press for decades.
Coincidally or not; all the best working remedies that I know of are on the bad press; as salt, borax, selenium,vit c etc. Not bad if you take it in ridicully low RDA dosages, no; but it is "dangerous" if you take it in dosages that have an effect.

Vitamin C for example; are said to cause kidney stones;
and yes in combination with the wrong calcium (as calcium ascorbate, calcium carbonate) etc; it might! What no one mention is that animals (adjusted to our weight) produce 4-5 grams of vit C daily and they have no kidney stones unless they are on commercial food ( with calcium added.)

This will come over and over; as someone have an interest of us not knowing how to fix ourselves. There is a lot of money involved, and I know that if I was allowed to patent a supplement based on what I know; I would be very rich shortly.
