I used to have conversation about that sort of thing all the time. I would be 100% certain that both weight gain and the inablity to gain where sides of the same coin.

Today dowsing suggests I was spot on, Echinostoma revolutum.

Take Mannitol if you feel your head go weird because I already made changes needed to fix this.

Same issue; except weight loss is E.revolutum without AD36.
