Thank you Telman for trying that flush. I had wondered about it too. I thought it was one where you could have an evening meal. Eating till 3 pm does not work for me.
So far I have been doing the one where I can eat the berries and heavy cream at 7 pm.
At some time I might still do a variation on Clark's and eat early at night light, non fat, food and see what happens. I remember Ask Shelley had done that.
I would clean myself out beforehand too, I love buttpee :)
Normally 3 evenings before I already use the Oxypowder .
