I did recently started looking in to the Beck protocol and it's encouraging to know how well it's worked for you.

Was it difficult to get started on this? Did you make your own devices or did you buy them? How long did you continue to do this? Do you do maintenance? How long did it take you each day? Did you keep a special diet while you were starting out? (Happy to see you don't have to restrict anything but peanuts now...I'm so tired of my ever-changing diet) I have lots of questions. I am going to do more research, any tips would be very appreciated.
