Hi - I started recovering from a very serious case of adrenal fatigue 16 years ago, and my adrenals have been fine for the last three years or so. A little over a year ago I learned that my mother was experiencing AF while she was pregnant with me, while I was being born, and the first few months after I was born while she was breast feeding me. This predisposed me to AF before I was born.
