The illuminati does exist today however it is not as powerfull as it was this is due to more counmtries voting for their leader and not having him/her being crowned because of their geneology.

To find out wether or not they exist various goverments will infiltrate the illumainti by sending out young successfully people in search of them. The illuminati has only a load of rich people in it now who have no power but a lot of influence on the world. Any operations which they carry out are kept to minimal attention and they dont do anything to put themselves in the spotlight. There are a few people who know the truth eg.The Pope possibly kings and queens around the world, there is even some people who have been contacted by the illuminati as teenagers. these are teenagers who have one parent who is a full initiated member of the illuminati and who wish for their child to also be initiated. I guess the Illuminati is now like a super covert intelligence agency it sells intelligence to terroists and Goverments alike, they have agents throughout the world always relaying information and they have the money to fund them.
