 Hi guys,

Yep, I thought about it when I posted this.  But my main purpose was to warn people that if they are vegan they have to know exactly what they are doing to give their bodies the proper nutrients.  I know too many vegans who get seriously ill, even coming down with aggressive cancers.  I thought Dr. Mercola's points were excellent.  That was my reason in posting it.
