Read the first post, and you'll see what I've been taking.

There was no limit on the label. It just said if you got loose stools to stop taking it immediately, but I never quite got loose stools, but after about a week and a half of taking it, I stopped having bowel movements.

When I started taking it a couple weeks ago again, my bowel movements got a lot better, then as I said it then got worse.

A few days ago I stopped taking it and my bowel movements seem to be getting better. I'm also taking Vitamineral Earth in my water and I took some diatomaceous earth tonight. I hope those will both help.
