I have been taking 300mcg's of kelp for about a month and started getting Acne on my forehead and thats when I found out that my body was detoxing, so I decided to up my dose to really get rid of all these toxins.
This morning I decided to take my first Iodoral tablet with a few brazil nuts ( my selenium source). Throughout the day I noticed I was extremely weak and my thinking was very cloudy so I did some salt pushing. Then I took some vitamin c and I started feeling better about 3 hours later but now my feet are really cold! Could this be part of the detox, or is this stuff making me hypo? HELLPPP!
