I have read all the abraham loa books, and was looking for ways that I can implement the LOA in a structured guided way, I have been reading all the posts here and came across carol look eft/LOA programmes, i am interested in following her programmes but find eft negative, you have to repeat phrases while tapping that are confirming the negative feelings you have such as, " although i feel sad i can be happy" this isnt one of the phrases but I hope someone understands what i mean.
can someone expain to me how eft and LOA will work together as they do seem to work opposite eachother.
