My friend went to a very expensive MD/Natural doctor the other day for exam and asked about Vit D and the doctor said that is not widely known, but yes it does suppress the immune system.
Now I know most doctors do not say this but I think it will eventually come out, just like tobacco and all the others that we've been led to believe weren't harmful to our health.
I told my friend I would keep the doctor......
