Well Newport pretty much painted the picture... but what happens is that a body that is too weak to mount a defense won't show symptoms of an infection. the body just works around the issue. people are carrying loads of pathogens but are oblivious. some would say this is nature's balence, and maybe insome cases it is... but, this is not the same thing as true health. it is accomadation. when you start to get healthy again, you herx like mad.
