I've been taking an extra 500mg of flushing niacin to keep cholesterol in check and for general, um, flushing of the capillaries.
I'm gonna stop for a while since I had that cataract issue a while back.

And yeah, wow, dude, you actually bought one item and didn't use a plastic bag? You're a saint!! AND you rode your bike to the store??? Wow! Didn't know people did that.
