Hveragerthi, thank you for the advice. I certainly appreciate it. I also hear that you are very knowledgeable (you, too, O3 - Ozone the war is on).

Final question: where can i get those herbs that you mentioned from? And, is there any proof of their effectiveness? Because right now I am taking a lot of herbal supplements and I do not know if they are helping or not.
