 One thing, though...I have been do rectal insufflations. The times I've done it, I've been able to leave the tube in for 40-60 minutes. But one time, I could only take 15 seconds before I had extreme gas and cramps (the 1st time this ever happened). How do you know when rectal insufflation is working?

Alleviation of symptoms is the biggest giveaway.

Also, would you recommend injecting anything on your own (O3, MMS, H2O2)?

All are very risky.  Don't be injecting stuff in to your bloodstream.  Oxidizers can damage the red blood cells and the blood vessel walls even at relatively low concentrations..

Doesn't oral treatments get diluted by stomach acids?

Ozone is rapidly absorbed through the stomach wall.  If you drink ozonated water though make sure the water is cold when ozonated, drink it immediately after ozonating and on an empty stomach.
