I would do some more OO (Olive-Oil) after you do some more Epsom, you need to get things flowing again or you might wind up in the hospital.
Don't take more Olive-Oil until you have gone to the bathroom again.
My wife uses a straw and drinks it, I hold my nose and slam it(Epsom mix).

I would mix a small batch of Epsom and drink it ASAP.

It's groos, but if one of those stones gets lodged you might need surgery, the Epsom is well worth not even mentionong a doctor.

You might try lying down on the bed and pulling your right leg up, bent at the knee and holding it for 5 minutes and then doing the left. It seems to put enough pressure on the abdomen to help move stones that are caught.
