A friend has a bunch of food intolerances and Arthritis - painful swollen finger joints.

Has anyone out there got any relief from Arthritis pain through doing the liver / gall bladder flushes? And if so, how quickly, after how many flushes?

A complication is that she's very wary of taking grapefruit juice. Is there a non-acid alternative to the OO/Grapefruit juice cocktail? If she has confidence that the process is worth doing, she may decide that taking GJ is worth it, but she might be even more inclined to try if there's an alternative to the OO/GJ mix.
