I'm so very glad you found the combo of health benefits. I'm a Iodine fan as well. Matter of fact that's where I first started out. Then oil pulling and recently researching Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .

Most of us are dehydrated and do not realize the importance of a high quality "sea salt" that works hand in hand with our hydration. I know you have now read Dr Batmanghelidj’s book Your Body’s Many Cries for Water but I want to encourage anyone reading this post to take the time and read that book for themselves – it’s priceless!

It's wonderful how we put these pieces of the puzzle together for ourselves while on our health quest. Taking our health into our own hands is the 1st step toward true health recovery.
