I'm new to this forum so I don't know the background as to why you are leaving, but if God has put it on your heart to venture off here then i'm sure its for the best. I am glad to hear how strong you are in Him depsite you're suffering, just proves all the more that "When I am weak, then I am strong." Don't ever get discouraged and continue to look past your circumstances and abide fully in Him. :)
