Interesting that you mention the neurotransmitters. I don't know anything about those, but based on my symptoms, I've thinking the same thing during the last couple months. I will be 1 year post in November, so you are exactly 1 year ahead of me.

What kind of symptoms do you think are attributed to problems with neurotransmitters? So many of my problems are similar to parkinsonism and myasthenia gravis. This is what made me start thinking this way.

Anyway, just throwing that out to see if anyone has any thoughts on it!
