Dr. Lam,
I have adrenal exhaustion, am 9 weeks pregnant, and just found out from the Nurse/Midwife that my thyroid levels are low and so are my vitamin D levels. I am now obese and I do not over eat, I'm sure it has to do with my thyroid.

I know I can't fix my thyroid without fixing my adrenals first. I have been going to bed between 9pm-9:30 pm most of the time and resting a lot and eating healthier. I don't know what to do cause I know they are going to try to force me to get on thyroid meds, but i'm scared this will cause an adrenal crash. What would you do if you were me?
