With all due respect I am not demanding anything, just asking a simple question of people who may have gone before me in this journey! As for patience...you don't know me. It has been almost 7 years of very hard work just to get to where I am today... I did that one day at a time, not expecting miracles and knowing that the the only way "out" is "through" and to keep moving forward.

As for research...again you are assuming to much. I have spent a great deal of time researching Iodine over the last month to 6 weeks. I understand that full body saturation takes time, however that was not my question. My question was about the bromide and how long before bromide would not play such a difficult part in the process. That I haven't heard addressed...and I guess in asking the question I was wondering if it might possibly be more beneficial to push harder rather than stepping back. But thanks for your input!
