Hmmm. I hope I find out more from my test results, should come in about a week. I ate brown rice and range free chicken. It did not help. I have cut out rice and chicken for a little over a week now. Eating only cooked/steamed veges and fruit. Thank you for response though, gives me some more ideas.

No Drugs.

Have you tried a 100% raw food and zero condiment diet?

I have tried before and it have some benefit, I believe it helped my body detoxify itself. I had alot of oozing fluids come out when I did. But I skin never healed. It was always dry and flaky, non stop shedding. This is where I believe leaky gut came in. I eat healthy but no improvement in my insane shedding.

Have you tried a 100% raw paleo diet with raw organic meat and lots and lots of RAW FAT, raw organic vegetables and raw organic fruit?

No. just fruit and vegetable juicing. I honestly can't eat all raw meat. I could probably do medium rare steak, if thats good enough.

Have you every tried doing a 14 day orange juice fast?

I started reading your site and about your brother and I am thinking about giving it a shot. I want to see what I may be sensitive in foods first. I will do one soon. I am about to do a 10 day fast on an elemental nutrition formula to give my body a rest.
