You are on the right track, but you are neglecting the eggs and the larvae that are in the lungs. These eggs hatch and are swallowed in pghlem. The larvae then grow to adulthood in the intestines and the cycle starts over again.

This is why Humaworm Parasite Cleane addresses the WHOLE body at one time. You have to also clean the eggs and larvae from the lungs.
