I have realized that I fit the category of those with hashimoto's who are intolerant to iodine. I used to explain feeling so bad (day after putting just one drop of Iodine on my skin) to bromine or fluoride dumping, but that's not it. Could not tolerate the 'natural' thyroid meds either (ala armour). I have been trying to work out eating for more stable blood Sugar given my bad digestive limitations - and reading about blood Sugar has also made me extra concerned about the sudden change in blurry vision. Also read something recently about that related to cancer.
My friend also says maybe copper issues in brain. As I am new to usage of whole 'bean' technology, I still don't personally know that something is happening and that this bad crap wouldn't just be happening anyway like it has the last 6 years. It always takes me ages to uncover any obvious cause/effects from diet or supplements but I never realized how much could depend just how much major inflammation I have from day to day or just how much Ascaris and candida could really be in there etc....
