I started taking Ashwaganda to and noticed it gave me a headache everytime I took it. But I also noticed that it gave me more energy. As far as the sore throat I have not experienced that. I am wondering if that is not a detox symptom? Maybe someone will come along who knows more about it that can answer that question.
