I recently bought a distiller. A few days (3) into distilling, i got really unwell. I was blocked in my digestive system - except for urin. I figured it must be the water and sure enough, as soon as i stopped usung distilled water, my mysterious symptons disappeared.

Seeing the arguements set forth here and elsewhere on the internet, is this reaction a "detox" side effect or are minerals being leached out of my body?
