Hi Yasmin,

Please can you email me the nutritonal supplements you took for hypothyroidism and the diet too. Which nutritionist did you see? I'm in the UK too. Many thanks, I really want to lose some weight. I bought something called Med-Stim but i'm not sure how many to take!!
