so disappointing your only "cure" is friggin eye exercises what a joke. thats not why people get myopia or anything like that in the first place. my dad has crappy vision and so did his dad and i got infected since grade 2. no amount of nutrition helps


its pathetic how no one wants to offer any real no-BS cures for this. life is a pain in the ass with vision aids or squinting
