I have been on a raw food diet for close to a year. I eat mainly fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds. This does not resemble anything that I would have eaten. That's why I am sure this is some type of parasite. Also what ever this thing is it looked "fresh"(if that makes sense), so I know it is not something that was lodged in my intestines for a long period of time that is just being released.
