You know how disconcerting it is when you read a Candida 'expert' advocating doing things completely different from what you are currently doing? Especially if the expert exhibits a lot of knowledge on the subject, comes across as an authority, and has a large band of loyal followers. It creates a lot of uncertainty. You begin to wonder whether you are presently on the wrong path. He really had me worried that maybe I should be taking things like bicarb to lower PH.
