Hi all!

Fun tid bit to share with the group. I was doing my daily/2x daily hot.cold shower yesterday (after only 4 days on the IP) and woooowww I COULD SMEELL the chlorine in the shower as if someone had brought me to the pool store and said "here take a sniff of these chemicals!"

I was surreal the increase in smell. It was like my body was telling me...well now that your finally letting me talk to you with this protocol...GET A SHOWER FILTER WHEN YOU SAVE UP SOME MONEY!!

I then did some reading and found that about 1.5 LITERS of water is absorbed by the body during a shower. That's worse than drinking cholirnated tap water in some respect!

So, save up time!

ALSO FASCINATING...
MY BODY IS ADDICTED TO SUPERFOOD. I mean ADDICTED.

I made it myself so I have alot of superfood sitting around and I'm instructed to take 6T daily but probably have enough for 7-8 T. Yesterday I had a long day and everytime I walked by the bag of superfood my body kept yelling! " HEY LET ME EAT MORE ...PLLLLLEEEAAASSE!!!" and i'd of course give in hahaha..At first superfood was metza metza in taste but during the IP it tastes like straight candy and I can't describe it other than a awesome feeling.

K. going to eat more superfood for my 'dinner' of carrot juice/apple juice and 2T of superfood and maybe a 1-2T of slipper elm bark gruel ..yum yum
