Hi #53594, I have a question for you. You are saying: "One must really know how to use ES to make it work on their system." What do you mean by that? I felt really dehydrated after taking these ES+ water drinks, so do you suggest that ES + grape'concord' juice is much better, or you ment something entirely different? Also about "ES can really flush the electrolytes out of the body" - what do you recommend to do to get electrolytes back into the body?? Thanks in advance for your time and input.
