I bought my when the last research showed up, but after researching Niacinamide (Nicotinamide) I found it is toxic to the liver. Since I don't know what dose is safe, I haven't taken it. I am also taking antifungals that can cause liver enzymes alterations, so I don't want to add more load to it. But , for sure, it could be interesting to try B3.
