I've had dyshidrotic eczema since my late 20's. about 16 months ago I went on the paleo diet (www.thepaleodiet.com)

Grain free, legume free and dairy free, and also egg free, as I seem to react to them.
Virtually no outbreaks at all in the last year. Amazing. I've also heard of another person using paleo diet get the same result.
